The aims and purposes of U.P.P.E.C. Fraternal Insurance are: to practice charity; to extend protection; to cooperate with other societies or individuals in order to promote and advance the material, social, and moral welfare of its members; and upon the death of the members, to pay to their respective beneficiaries the death benefits legally forthcoming.

The Society offers Life Insurance, Annuities, Pre-Need, Funeral Insurance, and Pre-Paid Legal Services for the protection and financial growth of its members. The U.P.P.E.C. is proud of its contributions to the continuing growth of the State of California by investing the Society's assets throughout the State in bonds of public utilities, corporate bonds, trusts, savings and loans, bank depositories and its own building located at 1229 B Street, Hayward, California, where visitors are always welcome.
